This beautiful American Victorian built in 1892 is located in the historic Uptown/Garden District. Registered by the U.S. Department of the Interior as an Historic Place, it was restored and thoroughly modernized for our guests' enjoyment and comfort, however all of the original architectural details remain. 1 King Bed Suite
Lavishly decorated and tucked away from the comings and goings of the others, this room is a king suite with seperate sitting room, decorative fireplace, huge windows and a decadent bath with two person jacuzzi, large shower,his and her vanities, plush cotton terry robes. 2 Queen Beds
These three rooms create a two bedroom suite/apartment which includes a full kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the parlor has a sofabed. This configuration of rooms is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Just remember whoever stays in the parlor will share the bath with one of the bedrooms.

Maison Perrier is located at 4117 Perrier Street on right. Ring bell for greeting and check-in assistance.
