Restaurant Information

Dining at Lafitte's Restaurant

Dining at Lafitte's Restaurant contains all the ingredients to satisfy one's taste for New Orleans' renowned cuisine without ever having to leave the hotel! Our signature dessert, The Mile High Pie, is an exuberant celebration of New Orleans' richly-deserved reputation for fine dining. Its introduction in 1948 made culinary history. The sunny Lafitte's Restaurant is the chosen breakfast nook for the city's politicians and civic leaders. Decorated in an attractive, cozy French Country design, it is often depicted in novels set in New Orleans as "the" place for breakfast. Lafitte's and the Hotel are also the settings for a portion of author Anne Rice's novel, "The Witching Hour." Hours of Operation: Breakfast Monday - Sunday 7am - 11:30am Lunch Monday - Sunday 11:30am - 2pm Dinner Monday - Sunday 5:30pm - 10pm Room Service Monday - Sunday 7 am - 10 pm Capacity: The restaurant seats 71 guests and 100 guests for catering reception.
